As a Security Officer - Retail Welcome Ambassador in SAVANNAH, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a bustling retail distribution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service while managing access control and security-related protocols. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Communicate security-related policies and procedures to visitors and staff, providing guidance as needed.
• Support emergency response activities at the front desk, including alerting appropriate personnel and following emergency protocols.
• Collaborate with location management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and help to deter unauthorized access or activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
