Security Officer Site Associate

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, facility concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting notable activity according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
- Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
- Support loss prevention and operational goals by observing merchandise movement, checking exterior doors and gates, and communicating security-related issues with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
