As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate judgement and following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any security-related irregularities or unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Work closely with site management and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
• Remain alert and prepared to address potential security-related threats or emergencies as they arise in the financial institution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
