Security Officer Dispatch Operator

As a Security Officer Dispatch Operator in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a government location, where you will monitor communications, track activity, coordinate officer response, and help address security-related concerns with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or agency personnel by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication guidelines at a public transportation location.
- Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to field personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Coordinate responses to incidents, service disruptions, medical calls, and/or other critical situations by dispatching the appropriate personnel and sharing timely updates with supervisors and public agency contacts.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records while helping to support security-related operations, post orders, and response procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location and operational needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
