As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Documentation in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail and mall location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to stay active, respond to site needs, and deliver dependable service with teamwork, integrity, and innovation.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor activity across the location and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact for follow-up.
- Assist with crowd flow, line management, and customer inquiries during busy periods, special events, and/or peak shopping hours while maintaining a professional presence.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
