As a Security Officer - Front Desk Concierge CRE in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, providing a welcoming presence while assisting with security-related needs. Your role involves managing access, monitoring alarm panels, and utilizing technology to support building operations. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and help to deter security-related incidents, all while upholding the values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach that defines Allied Universal.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following location protocols.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.
  • Assist with visitor management, including logging visitors in and out and issuing and/or collecting visitor badges.
  • Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address inquiries and/or concerns.
  • Report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or property management.
  • Support emergency response activities by following established procedures and providing information to first responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
