As a Security Officer Incident Call Intake in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional in a government location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support response efforts to help maintain a secure environment. Pay Rate: $30.33 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to transit passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, and access-control systems; receive and document calls for service; and coordinate the response of security-related personnel and emergency services as directed.
  • Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, dispatch records, and shift activity documentation in accordance with site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have 2+ years of security-related experience.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
