As a Security Officer Patrol Navigator in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a government location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a professional environment through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach while responding to site needs with agility, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout stations, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify conditions that may require follow-up.
- Monitor access points and public areas, verify authorized entry where required, and provide directions and assistance to the public in accordance with location protocols.
- Support crowd management, special event activity, and/or service disruptions by maintaining a visible presence and communicating professionally with passengers, employees, and first responders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Baton certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
