Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Agent

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Agent in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support the public with outstanding customer service and communication. - Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, offices, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directions and general information, and report maintenance, suspicious activity, and/or security-related concerns through established procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
