As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will be the welcoming face for all visitors and staff, managing access control and providing a reassuring presence. Your role involves monitoring entry points, assisting with badge and alarm panel processes, and helping to deter security-related incidents through attentive customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, patients, and/or staff members at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and providing visitor badges as needed in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Communicate security-related concerns or suspicious activity to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of visitor activity, incidents, and other front desk operations as required by site procedures.
• Provide customer service to all individuals interacting with the front desk, addressing questions and directing them to appropriate areas or personnel.
• Support emergency response activities by following site-specific protocols and assisting first responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
