What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service at the front desk within a residential location by following site-specific procedures, managing access activity, and supporting security-related protocols.
- Monitor visitor, resident, and staff entry and exit activity, confirm credentials as required, and document arrivals, departures, and/or unusual activity.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters through appropriate channels when needed.
- Answer phones, assist with directions and general questions, and communicate clearly with residents, guests, and property staff regarding front desk procedures.
- Complete reports and maintain accurate logs related to daily activity, incidents, deliveries, and/or other front desk responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
