As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Zone in South San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, property-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting conditions that could impact daily operations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge or sign-in procedures when applicable, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access control issues to the appropriate contact.
- Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with occupants and guests, and following post orders related to the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
