Security Officer - Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Driver in South San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide an exceptional presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting guests and tenants, and offering outstanding customer service while upholding our core values of teamwork, integrity, and people-first care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, taking appropriate action as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or conditions.
• Assist in emergency response activities, following approved protocols and direction from Allied Universal management.
• Document and communicate security-related observations, incidents, and concerns to Allied Universal supervisors and/or client representatives.
• Help to deter unauthorized activities through visible presence and professional conduct while on patrol.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and other designated areas as required by site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
