As a Security Officer Patrol Security Associate in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this people-first role, you will support a welcoming atmosphere through strong communication, dependable service, and teamwork while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to each shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, following site-specific post orders and verifying credentials when required to help support authorized entry.
- Assist with closing procedures, after-hours checks, and/or other assigned duties that help support the daily operations of the location and maintain awareness of security-related conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
