As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail or mall location, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining approachable and visible. This is a driving post, so you will utilize your driving skills as part of your daily responsibilities. You'll provide outstanding customer service, support a welcoming environment, and embody our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the retail or mall location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership regarding any observed issues or concerns.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and daily activities according to Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
