As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a prominent financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter unwanted activity, and delivering exceptional customer service to all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity or potential threats in and around the location, reporting observations as required.
• Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence to help to deter potential risks and provide reassurance to clients and staff.
• Assist with access control and/or visitor management procedures as directed by site-specific guidelines.
• Support emergency response protocols, assisting first responders and Allied Universal management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License and a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Must have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience, or 2 or more years of experience as a security supervisor or manager, or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
• Possession of a Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
