Join Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location as a Front Desk professional, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor access to the location by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors, verifying credentials, issuing passes as needed, and maintaining front desk logs and records.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or first responders when appropriate.
- Support a professional lobby presence within a financial institution location by observing activity at entry points, reporting unusual behavior or policy concerns, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
- Answer phones, provide directions, and assist with general inquiries while following post orders, confidentiality practices, and other security-related responsibilities assigned to the front desk post.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A Guard Card/License is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
