Security Officer Unarmed Rover

As a Security Officer Unarmed Rover in Three Rivers, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support a caring culture through strong customer service, clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a reliable and innovative approach across the site.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and contractor access according to site policies, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns observed during patrols.
- Support site operations by following post orders, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with incident reporting, access control, and/or other assigned security-related duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
