Security Officer Patrol Assignment

As a Security Officer Patrol Assignment in Concord, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. In this unarmed role, you will support patients, visitors, and staff through outstanding customer service and communication while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach rooted in teamwork, care, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assisting with visitor screening practices, directions, and general support for daily operations within the location.
- Support staff and the public during medical-related emergencies, evacuations, and/or other urgent events by following post orders and communicating with supervisors and first responders.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
