As a Security Professional – Processing Facility - Multiple Shifts in Darien, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment at a leading food and beverage location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols of the assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone onsite. You will interact with staff, visitors, and guests, responding to inquiries and assisting with security-related matters as needed. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions, hazards, or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors.
• Support site-specific protocols for incident response and documentation as required by the location's policies and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
