As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service while addressing security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or tenants at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous presence at the location.
• Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and authorizing entry, helping to deter unauthorized individuals from entering the property.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and protocols.
• Assist with the implementation of security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with building management and/or Allied Universal supervisors regarding security-related concerns or incidents.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of visitor activity, incidents, and other security-related events as required by site protocols.
• Provide general information and support to visitors and tenants, addressing inquiries and directing individuals to appropriate locations within the building.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
