Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor access points, screen visitors and/or personnel, and support smooth daily operations through strong communication and customer service. This role offers the chance to stay active, remain visible, and help address security-related concerns while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
- Screen individuals, personal items, and/or permitted belongings entering and leaving designated areas in accordance with post orders and established screening protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to identify unauthorized activity, access issues, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
- Communicate with site contacts, visitors, and/or delivery personnel regarding entry procedures, restricted items, and access requirements while supporting orderly operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
