Part Time Security Patrol Driver

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support security-related operations, and remain visible to help discourage incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with tenants and visitors, and bring our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values to every shift through teamwork and integrity.

- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as conditions vary by site.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures for employees, guests, deliveries, and/or vendors.
- Report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, helping to support orderly daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
