We will be holding a hiring event on Wednesday 8/05. Allied Universal is now hiring Security Guards for local Hospitals in Ventura, CA.
Job Fair Location:

Ventura CA 93003
8:00 am to noon
Schedule Available: Swing and Graves withovertime and weekends required!
Shifts can be 8 - 12 hrs.
$23.00 pay rate
Requirements
✔ Active California Guard Card
✔ Minimum 1 year of Security experience
✔ Ability to pass a Background Check
✔ Ability to pass a Drug Screen
✔ Minimum 1 year of Security experience

Primary Responsibilities:
- Physical crime deterrence
- Threat identification and response
- Foot patrols and surveillance of hospital grounds
- Access control enforcement
- Emergency response and crisis management
- Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Assisting with the secure transfer and identification of deceased individuals

Immediate hiring is available for qualified candidates who have an active Guard Card.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
- Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
BENEFITS:

- 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible work assignments; unused vacation is only paid out where required by law
