Security Officer - Media Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Media Patrol Driver in Caledonia, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for everyone onsite. Your visible presence and attentive patrols will help to deter security-related incidents, while your exceptional customer service skills will foster positive interactions with employees and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within technology, media, and telecom environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of security-related activities, observations, and incidents as required by site protocols.
• Monitor access points and verify identification to help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding any security-related issues encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
