As a Patrol Officer in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure atmosphere for everyone on site. Your visible presence and proactive approach will play a key role in providing a welcoming and secure environment. This position requires driving, so a valid driver's license is necessary and you will be expected to operate company vehicles as part of your patrol duties. Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance needs according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all individuals on site.
• Remain visible and approachable while on patrol, assisting employees, guests, and visitors as needed within the tech, media, and telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
