Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support access awareness and respond to site needs with agility, reliability, teamwork, innovation, and integrity while putting people first every day.

- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues according to site procedures.
- Support daily operations at a financial institution location by assisting with visitor processing, directing foot traffic, and maintaining awareness of sensitive areas where discretion and professional presence are important.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
