In this highly visible role, you will help to deter incidents by maintaining awareness, assisting tenants and guests, and representing a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and always acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific policies, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related procedures at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor access as directed, issue visitor credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent front desk presence.
- Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Answer phones, greet guests, maintain visitor logs, and support package, key, and/or delivery procedures in accordance with site guidelines.
- Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and other security-related or customer service issues to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
