As a Security Professional - CRE Unarmed Roving Patrol in Washington, DC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment within a dynamic commercial real estate location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as appropriate, including emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
• Work closely with property management and tenants to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Document all incidents and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
• Remain alert and aware of the surroundings while on patrol to help to deter potential issues.
• Support access control procedures as needed, assisting with visitor and contractor management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
