As a Security Officer – Industrial Reception in Washington, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment at an industrial manufacturing location. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your responsibilities include monitoring access, verifying credentials, managing visitor logs, and supporting the overall security-related operations of the site. What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors, employees, and/or contractors in a professional manner at the front desk, verifying identification and managing access to the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any security-related concerns to Allied Universal management or client representatives.
• Provide customer service by answering questions, directing individuals to appropriate areas, and assisting with general inquiries related to the location.
• Follow site-specific policies and security-related procedures while performing assigned duties at the front desk.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Assist with security-related documentation, such as visitor logs or incident reports, in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
