Security Officer Patrol Relief

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activities. - Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required site documentation and/or communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify suspicious activity and/or site policy concerns.
- Monitor access points and help verify that entry and exit activity follows site protocols for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location.
- Support site operations by communicating with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters observed during patrols.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
