Security Officer Patrol Driver

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a resort location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication to guests and staff while supporting a welcoming environment. - Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and sharing information with site contacts when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, amenity areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directions and general inquiries, and report maintenance, housekeeping, and/or security-related concerns observed during patrols.
- Support property operations during high-traffic periods, special events, and/or after-hours activity by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders and site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
