As a Security Officer Driver Based Patrol in Willow Grove, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic retail location where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, offering the opportunity to support daily operations with professionalism, customer service, and integrity while working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and/or store activity while assisting with crowd management, loss prevention support, and customer interactions as directed by location procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
