What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and/or vendors, verifying access permissions, and following site-specific policies for a front desk location within a financial institution.
- Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage visitor check-in procedures, and document arrivals, departures, and/or unusual activity in accordance with post instructions.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures when needed.
- Answer phones, provide directions, and support front desk operations while helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and consistent application of security-related procedures.
- Prepare reports on daily activity, access issues, and/or incident details, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
