As a Security Officer Vehicle Access Driver in Wynnewood, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Professional at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position calls for clear communication, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to teamwork and integrity. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct individuals according to site requirements.
- Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the chemical and petrochemical facility, including screening incoming and outgoing traffic in accordance with established procedures.
- Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, gate areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
