As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activities, and deliver great customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license per Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, lobby areas, and high-traffic zones, verifying authorization as required and assisting with visitor check-in procedures.
• Complete reports and activity logs, communicate observations to site leadership and/or local authorities as directed, and support investigations by preserving relevant information.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
