- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at the front desk by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and assigned emergency response activities.
- Monitor front desk activity within a financial institution location, assist with visitor check-in and/or sign-in processes, verify identification and credentials, and help direct guests to the appropriate contact or department.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
- Answer phones, manage inquiries, and support security-related documentation such as visitor logs, incident notes, and access records in accordance with post instructions.
- Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a professional front desk presence, observing lobby activity, and reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
