What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify security-related concerns and report conditions that may need attention.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing, delivery coordination, and other site access procedures.
- Support daily operations by completing logs, incident reports, and shift communications, while following post orders and client-driven expectations for the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
