As an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and telecom location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, remain highly visible, and respond to incidents while documenting observations and communicating clearly. This post requires an armed guard card or license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out post orders, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, observing for unusual activity and reporting concerns.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification and authorization, directing visitors and contractors, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs per site requirements.
• Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, intrusion alarms, and access control notifications, performing routine checks and reporting equipment or system issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hold a CPO certification.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
