Join Allied Universal at a professional commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access control and badges, monitor activity, and support security-related operations through clear communication and customer service. In this highly visible role, you will help to deter incidents while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, and documenting guest activity according to property guidelines.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper communication channels when needed.
- Support day-to-day operations in a commercial real estate location by maintaining awareness of lobby activity, answering questions, and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and/or unusual activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
