As a Security Officer Driver Unarmed Patrol in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide strong customer service and clear communication while supporting a people-first culture built on integrity, teamwork, and reliability. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license per AU Driver Policy requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site leadership and/or public services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including production floors, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter fencing, with working conditions that may vary by post.
• Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying identification, directing deliveries and drivers to designated areas, and documenting visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity per site policy.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications, and report hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations for appropriate follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
