Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This role blends attentive access awareness with strong customer service and communication, supported by a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and people first while acting with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site policies, helping to support authorized access for employees, contractors, and/or deliveries.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, and assist with preliminary incident information gathering as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
