As a Security Guard Armed Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. In this role, you will conduct visible patrols, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication across the site. This is a driving and armed post where your presence can help to deter incidents while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a defense industry location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through established channels.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, restricted areas, and/or perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and unusual activity.
- Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or access authorization, and support control of sensitive areas in accordance with site protocols and post orders.
- Assist with incident response, de-escalation, and/or coordination with local authorities and site leadership while maintaining professional armed presence and following all applicable procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
