As a Security Officer Armed Driver Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is an armed and driving post offering the chance to support critical operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a defense-related location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, credentials, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with site policies, reporting suspicious behavior, access concerns, and other security-related issues.
- Support security-related operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders for an armed assignment, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
