As a Security Officer Badge Verification in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor entry points, verify badges and credentials, and support a professional, welcoming experience for employees and visitors. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine activity checks, and use strong communication and customer service skills while delivering security-related support through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor and delivery access, and document activity according to location policy.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and completing detailed reports on security-related events.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the distribution location, loading areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
- Communicate with site contacts, transportation personnel, and Allied Universal leadership regarding access issues, shipping and receiving traffic, and other security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
