Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor, contractor, and/or delivery traffic in accordance with site protocols.
• Support assigned operations by observing facility conditions, reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations, and helping with orderly movement of people and vehicles across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
