As a Security Officer Lobby Ambassador in Goose Creek, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. In this role, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor activity at the entry point, and provide customer-focused communication that helps support a smooth, security-related environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific policies, front desk procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating with site contacts regarding arrivals.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels when needed.
• Answer phones, manage inquiries, and support front desk operations while helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent application of security-related procedures.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, and unusual observations, and share relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and/or site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
