As an unarmed patrol officer in a busy healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post, supporting patrol coverage across the campus while providing professional customer service and clear communication to staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation efforts and coordinating with clinical teams and/or local responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, enforce visitor and/or contractor procedures, and report policy violations through proper channels.
• Complete shift logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate timely updates to supervisors and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
