Security Officer Armed Mobile Driver

Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is an armed and driving post. Guided by our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, you will support daily operations through teamwork, a people-first culture, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response protocols at a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe for policy violations, and report suspicious behavior.
- Maintain readiness with assigned armed post equipment, follow all applicable post orders and use-of-force guidelines, and complete required reports related to daily activities and/or incidents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
