Security Officer - Fulfillment Center

As a Security Officer - Patrol in Imperial, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech and telecommunications location as an unarmed Patrol Officer. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will document observations, respond to requests, and support a caring culture that puts people first, delivering through teamwork with integrity while staying agile, reliable, and innovative.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of office, warehouse, and/or campus areas, including exterior perimeter checks, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor check-in and/or delivery coordination in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete security-related reports and documentation, report hazards or maintenance concerns, and support investigations by preserving observations and relevant details.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
